Updated Shipping Options During the Canada Post Strike

To our valued customers:

Due to the current Canada Post strike, we’ve made some updates to our shipping options and rates to ensure you can still receive your orders promptly. ANY ORDERS PLACED PRIOR TO NOVEMBER 18 at 11am will be shipped without any extra payment required. Please be patient as our processing times have increased due to the changes being implemented in our warehouse.

What Are Your Options?

1. Wait for Canada Post
   If you’d prefer to wait for Canada Post to resume service, you can select Canada Post at checkout. Your order will be shipped as soon as the strike ends.

2. Don’t Want to Wait?
   We’ve introduced new shipping options through UPS and Purolator to get your items to you quickly. Rates depend on your location and are as follows:

Alberta

• Free shipping over $125 (before taxes)
• Flat rate: $10

British Columbia & Saskatchewan

• Free shipping over $150 (before taxes)
• Flat rate: $15

Manitoba, Ontario & Quebec

• Free shipping over $200 (before taxes)
• Orders under $100: Flat rate of $20
• Orders $100–$200: Flat rate of $15

Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick & PEI

• Flat rate: $20

Yukon, Northwest Territories & Nunavut

• Flat rate: $25

Local Pickup – Always FREE!

If you're local, take advantage of free local pickup! We’ve extended our pickup hours during the strike to make it even more convenient for you:

• Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
