Return Policy


ALL RETURNS are for store credit only. If your purchase was made using Sezzle you must finishing paying your Sezzle balance even once the return is made  

All returns must be initiated through our online return system before you return can be processed at the warehouse. Please ensure you follow the process all the way through until you see a return confirmation number. All return instructions will then be emailed to you and you will receive a store credit to your email within 3 business days of your return. You can initiate your return HERE

Online returns must be mailed back or dropped off within 30 days of your order date. If you send a return back outside of your return window your return will not be accepted and you are responsible for any shipping fees to get your product back. PLEASE NOTE if you combine/merge IN STOCK items with PREORDER items they will all ship together. This will make the IN STOCK items final sale as they will ship outside of the return window.

In store returns must be returned within 14 days of your purchase date to the storefront. Returns on in store purchases are for refund to original method of payment or exchange. If original method of payment is not available at time of return, it will be processed to store credit.

Items that are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for return are:
Items purchased using a coupon code 15% or greater or during any website wide sale (with the exception of our 15% off code for downloading our app). ALL SALE ITEMS are final sale. No exceptions. 
Undergarments such as bralettes
Earrings. Hats, headbands, or beanies
If you send back an item that is not eligible for return then you are responsible to pay for return shipping back to you. We will NOT issue store credit on ineligible items.

To return items that ARE eligible for return
Product must be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. Item must be free of perfume, cigarette smoke, or stains.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend you use a Canada Post and a tracked shipping method for your return as packages lost in transit are out of our control. You can also drop your return off at our warehouse location during the following hours:

Monday: 8:30am to 8:00pm

Tuesday, Wednesday: 8:30am to 5:00pm

Thursday: 8:30am to 7:00pm

Friday: 8:30am to 5:00pm

Saturday: 10:00am to 4:00pm

Damaged Items
All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping but in the event that an item is damaged or defective upon receipt we must be contacted within 3 days of receiving the product in order to receive a full refund. Lavender & Lace Boutique will be responsible for all costs associated with replacing and returning the item if the item is damaged or defective. Damages caused by removing hang tags will not be accepted.

We do not offer traditional exchanges. Any items that are sent back are processed as returns. You are more than welcome to send in any items that do not fit, wait for your store credit, and then purchase the correct size with your store credit, but please be aware that many of our items sell our quickly, so there is a chance your correct size will be gone before we receive and process your return.

One Time Discount Codes

Our one time discount codes that are available for new customers and on social media do not make our items final sale as they are under 15%. Please note these discount codes are for ONE TIME USE for each customer and abusing these discount codes will result in order cancellation. 

Order Cancellations

As of May 1, 2019 any orders that are cancelled once they've been placed will be refunded as store credit. Cancellations will no longer be refunded to the original method of payment. Once orders have been processed in the warehouse they can no longer be cancelled.
If you are not happy with any of your purchases from us for a different reason please send us an email and we will work with you to rectify the situation.
