Shipping within Canada (CANADA POST ONLY)
We offer flat rate shipping of $7.50 in Alberta, $15 in NT, YK, NU and $10 for the rest of Canada. Shipping is free for all orders over $75 within Alberta and free for orders over $125 everywhere else in Canada excluding NT, YK, and NU. (Free shipping amounts are before tax)

Due to the removal of the $800 de minimis threshold for all shipments entering the USA on August 29th, 2025, effective immediately we are temporarily disabling shipping to the USA to figure out the best and most cost effective way to keep shipping to the USA.

Merge Shipping
If we haven't shipped your order yet and you want to add something else to your order use the MERGE Shipping option at checkout! This option CANNOT be used for the original order. **Original shipping cost will not be refunded** We do not combine orders to reach free shipping - shipping must be paid or free shipping must be reached on the initial order. The name must match for all orders as our system will not identify different names or name variations (ie. Katie and Katherine). Please keep in mind that using this option will bump your order back in the shipping queue.
Unclaimed Packages
If delivery is refused by the recipient or the package is unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be refunded unless the package is returned to us. If/when the package does to return to our warehouse, the order will be refunded in the form of store credit less the shipping costs.
